Weight : 226 Workout : 1.5 hours kayaking Steps : 7,590 Daily Food Intake Breakfast - goat's milk yogurt with a dash of maple syrup and strawberries Lunch - duck egg omelette sandwich (on miche bread) Dinner - 2 hot dogs - bean salad - celery salad - brownie and cookie Snacks - nibbled on an assortment of appetizers - watermelon Non-Water Drinks - coffee (black and no sugar) - 3 beers Thoughts on the Day It was another day at the yacht club, so dinner wasn't the greatest but I got in an awesome kayak trip. We went to the lagoon near a golf course where they have an active osprey nest, the mom was there and you could see the babies poking their heads up!
