The Start of the Journey

          I've struggled with losing weight all throughout my twenties, I've joined a gym, gone to nutritionists, and dieted, all to no avail.  Now that I've entered thirties I feel like I need to buckle down fully commit to losing the weight.  In the past I'd lose about thirty pounds and self-sabotage which caused me to regain all the weight I had lost plus a few extra pounds, so I've decided to start this blog as a way to hold myself accountable and to break my bad habits.

         My plan is to post every night with my workout, what I ate, and how many steps I walked for the day.
