- Celaric Slaw
- 2 pieces of miche bread with butter

Dinner

- roasted chicken
- carrots
- cauliflower rice

Snacks

- dark chocolate

Non-Water Drinks

- coffee (black and no sugar)
- 2 glasses red wine

Thoughts on the Day

I didn't realize just how out of shape I was until this morning when I was in the Nordic track, usually about 20 minutes in I feel like I'm going to die, this time it was about 5 minutes in, but I pushed through and survived.  

I also don't get how my weight dropped two pounds from yesterday, not that I'm complaining! Yesterday must've been a fluke because I was wondering how I gained four pounds so quickly, two makes much more sense.
